Pet First Aid Classes

Why Take a Pet First Aid Class?

Pet First Aid is the immediate care given to a pet which has been injured or suddenly taken ill, before the pet is able to be transported to the veterinarian.  Knowing pet first aid skills can mean the difference between life and death for your pet.

The American Animal Hospital Association has stated that 1 out of 4 more pets brought in for emergency veterinary care would survive if just one basic pet first aid skill or technique was provided.

Your pet could be among the 1-in-4, if you take this PetSaver(TM) training.

Would you know what to do if your pet has a medical emergency?

Did you know that preventable accidents are the leading cause of death among pre-senior pets?

PetTech(tm) Certified Pet First Aid and CPR classes are available on demand.  The training consists of interactive lecture, demonstrations and hands-on skill practice.

A Pet First Aid handbook is included as part of the class, and upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate suitable for framing, and emergency wallet card, a "Save My Pets" Home Card, an emergency muzzle and more. We offer public and private classes.  These classes are perfect for pet owners and pet care professionals.

To arrange for a group class, or a one-on-one class, please call me at 989-859-3615, or email me at lislarsen@lisaspetsittingservice.com.
